Stain Logic is a professional diagnostic carpet and upholstery cleaning service based in Milan, Lombardy, Italy. We specialize in identifying specific stains and fabric types, then recommending transparent, problem-focused cleaning solutions with documented before-and-after results. Our service is designed for homeowners and property managers facing specific cleaning crises who need expert guidance on stain removal and fabric care.

3. Permitted Use of the Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the website. Prohibited behavior includes:

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the quoted service cost. No-shows (appointments missed without prior notice) will be charged in full.

Stain Logic reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, severe weather, or other emergencies. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternative dates.

6. Service Limitations and Disclaimers

While Stain Logic employs professional diagnostic techniques and industry-standard cleaning methods, we cannot guarantee the complete removal of all stains or damage to fabrics. Some stains may be permanent due to the nature of the substance, the age of the stain, or the fabric composition. Certain fabrics may be sensitive to cleaning processes, and in rare cases, cleaning may affect color, texture, or appearance.

We conduct a thorough pre-visit assessment and provide transparent recommendations based on our diagnosis. However, results depend on factors including but not limited to:

• The specific stain composition and age;
• Fabric type, weave, and dye stability;
• Previous treatment attempts or damage;
• Environmental conditions such as humidity and temperature;
• Proper post-cleaning care and drying.

Our pre-visit guide provides essential preparation instructions. Failure to follow these instructions may affect service outcomes. Stain Logic is not responsible for results that fall short of expectations due to non-compliance with pre-visit or post-visit care recommendations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Italian law, Stain Logic and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, business interruption, or reputational harm, even if Stain Logic has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the website or services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question, or fifty euros (€50), whichever is greater. This limitation applies to all claims, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain types of damages. If such restrictions do not apply in your jurisdiction, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

• Damage to fabrics that were previously compromised, weakened, or treated with incompatible products;
• Color loss or fading that occurs as a natural result of the cleaning process on certain dyes or fabrics;
• Shrinkage or texture changes in natural fibers such as wool or silk, which may occur despite proper technique;
• Stains that reappear after cleaning due to residual substances in the fabric or underlying padding;
• Results that differ from customer expectations if the fabric type or stain composition was misidentified prior to service.

We strongly recommend testing any cleaning method on a hidden area of the fabric before full treatment. Our team will advise on this during the pre-visit consultation.

9. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due upon completion of the work unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing. We accept payment by bank transfer, credit card, and cash. Invoices will be provided for all services rendered. Prices are quoted in euros (EUR) and are subject to change without notice, though we will provide a fixed quote before commencing any service.

If payment is not received within 30 days of invoice date, Stain Logic reserves the right to pursue collection action and may charge interest on overdue amounts in accordance with Italian commercial law.
